A 51-year-old Russellville man was indicted on one count of sexual abuse first degree on Aug. 1 steming from an incident that allegedly occurred on or between June 1, 2011, and July 1, 2011, in Logan County.
According to the Logan County Grand Jury, Blainy R. Adler of 1124 Lewisburg Road, Russellville, knowingly and unlawfully committed the offense of sexual abuse in the first-degree when being 21 years old or more, he subjected another person who was less than 16 years old to sexual contact when he fondled the victim sexually under her clothing.
Adler is scheduled to be arraigned Sept. 6, 2012, at 8:30 a.m.
