Annual Fallen Heroes Motorcycle Ride When: May 30, 2009 Where: Sav-A-Lot parking lot, behind the Pizza Hut, on Armory Drive Russellville KY Costs: $10.00 per bike or vehicle for ride and ‘Cruise-In’ (you may donate more) All donations will be given to the Joshua Moore Scholarship Fund. Registration - 08:00 until 09:15 Start Time: Kickstands up at 09:30. Route - Ride north on Highway 79 to Morgantown. Highway 70 west go past Rochester Dam and on to Browder. Highway 431 south towards Lewisburg. Highway 3519 (the old Highway 431) in front Logan Aluminum Plant and roll past Josh's house on our way back to Russellville. The route is relatively short...about 85 miles. Breaks - First, break in Morgantown. Second, break the old Williams furniture store at Epley Station. Here we will gather back together when we roll down old 431 past the Moore's back to Russellville. Lunch Discounts - - Lunch is not provided. However, Roy's Bar-B-Q will have a food trailer on site with lunch items at discounted prices. In addition, some area restaurants are offering discounts to the bikers. Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut, and The Cattle Pen are each giving a 20% discount. El Molcajata is giving a 15% off. Captain D's & McDonald's are giving a 10% off. Mention that you are with the Logan Memorial Biker Ride to receive your discount. Please bring your flags if you have them!!! Other activities: ‘Cruise-In’. All types of vehicles are welcome. (Will begin following the ride). Music during the ‘Cruise-In’ will be provided and donated by Clay Bilyeu Door Prizes will be drawn at the end of the ride. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies will be awarded for ‘Cruise-In’ show. Please assist in spreading the word about the Memorial Ride and ‘Cruise-In’. The more the better!!! In case of Rain: Ride and Car Cruise-In will be canceled.
