It is Saturday again, and how was your week? We’ve had some hot days already, the highest so far I’ve heard was 94. So it definitely is air-condition weather.
I’m sure this is good on the gardens I hear. Small green tomatoes sound good. I think tomatoes are my favorite foods. It makes everything taste so much better.
Cousin Sherry Harris of Louisville arrived in Spa this past Monday. She stayed till Wednesday. On Tuesday night she, Louise Henderson of Antioch and I of course, drove to Shady Cliff and had a good meal. It is always a pleasure to eat there. Kim and the staff sure do take care of you. As usual I had to have the blooming onion. They are delicious.
You always see a lot of people at Shady Cliff. I’m not gonna mention names, but it was good to see ya.
James Fuller has been dismissed from the hospital and is doing much better and is at home.
God has worked another miracle! One day this week Lois Ann and Bill Cornelious were out, when this car did whatever it did, and caused her to flip their truck upside down, with them in it of course. Thank goodness they were not critically hurt. However, it did total the truck. This happened in the Claymour area. Why can’t people watch what they are doing? The vehicles are not the trouble, it’s the nut behind the wheel.
I’m still seeing the Dr., so far I’ve seen 5 different ones. I go back again this week on Friday to Dr. Kamal. I hope I soon get over this mess, whatever it is.
See ya next time.
