Need help with your FAFSA Application? There will be seven opportunities to get help with filling out your FAFSA form for financial aid for college. Three will be at Logan County High School (LCHS) and four will be in Bowling Green.
“Please take advantage of these opportunities to get help in filling out the FAFSA paperwork,” said David Brooks LCHS Guidance Counselor.
The seven dates and places are as follows:
Dec. 19th at LCHS from 6-7:30 p.m. with Destiny O’Rourke from KHEAA who will be at LCHS to discuss and help start the KHEAA application process
Jan 8th at LCHS there will be two ETS people from WKU at the school to help with your application. They will be here from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. To make an appointment call or email David Brooks at 726-8454 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Jan 8th at the Warren County Public Library 1225 State Street from 9 a.m.-noon and 2-6 p.m. College Goal Kentucky will be there to help fill out FAFSA forms.
Jan. 11th at Daymar College 2421 Fitzgerald Industrial Drive, Bowling Green from 9 a.m.-noon. College Goal Kentucky will be there to help fill out FAFSA forms.
Jan. 12th at WKU, Mass Media and Technology Hall Room 166 (Auditorium) from 2-4 p.m. College Goal Kentucky will be there to help fill out FAFSA forms.
Jan. 24th at the Warren County Public Library- Bob Kirby Branch 175 Iron Skillet Court, Bowling Green from 9 a.m.-noon and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. College Goal Kentucky will be there to help fill out FAFSA forms.
Jan. 30th at LCHS with Destiny O’Rourke from KHEAA who will be at the school during the school day for those who need to fill out their FAFSA application. At these meetings the students need their parents and their parents w-2 from their 2013 taxes. If you need any more information please contact David Brooks.
FAFSA Applications need to be filled out as soon as possible. Many schools like to have the forms turned in by the end of January. Additionally, those that turn their forms in early are more likely to get their forms in before the allotted money runs out
