Greetings from The Antioch Community.
Sorry that I missed having my items in the paper last week. I was working up corn and was very busy.
We had a Fish Fry at Antioch on Saturday night. We had fish. chicken and barbecue and all the trimmings that goes with fish. And also we had those good desserts. We had a large crowd, 83 in number. We had a lot of visitors, which we were glad to have. Everybody enjoyed the food and the fellowship together.
Our Pastor, Bro. and Mrs. Albert Clardy, have their daughter, Tonia and family from Virginia visiting with them this week. We were glad to have them at the Fish Fry and also attended church Sunday morning.
Tammy Sears did the special at church Sunday morning.
Dolores Harris and Vanessa Price visited with son and brother, Danny Harris a while Saturday night.
My brother-in-law James Fuller, had another laser treatment on Tuesday morning. Sue is feeling some better.
Marsha Fuller, my good friend and niece by marriage, is having a rough time. Please remember her and all the sick in your Prayers.
Sheila Epley had surgery Saturday morning at the Medical Center. She came through the surgery real good. We hope she keeps improving.
Milton McIntosh was admitted to the hospital Sunday evening in Hopkinsville. Hope he is soon better.
Wish we could get a good shower of rain.
Visiting with Christine White was Dorothy Henderson, Juley Nelson, Jackie White came Monday night and brought supper.
