Howdy! How was your week? We have had some beautiful days for sure. It got to 74 one day, that was sure nice.
First off, some known March birthday: the 11th is Mitchell Johnson, the 21st is Marvine Borders, the 29th is Glenn Baugh, and the 14th is Cathy and Glenn’s anniversary. Hope all have enjoyable days.
Our sympathy to the remaining family of Mary Nell Coursey Noe. Mary Nell was born and raised in our neighborhood of Spa. She has a brother here, Danny Coursey and a sister, Martha Wright. Plus her children and families.
Come March 9th is the old clock changing AGAIN, so don’t forget.
Sorry Ed Mallory is in Vanderbilt in Nashville, having had surgery Friday, in fact a double whammy. After the first surgery he had a problem and they had to do further surgery. The Dr’s. say he is going to be fine. With him was his daughter Monica and brother Mack. Hope he is soon able to be back home and into his usual activities.
Sorry Lillian Johnson is in the Medical Center in Bowling Green. Hope she is soon able to be back home.
Stacey Jernigan and Madison brought my supper last week and it was good as usual.
Dr. Lynwood Montell of Bowling Green came down Wednesday and away for a ride here we went. However, we did something we had not previously done. We got hung up on this hill and could not go any further. After trying several times, we began this long trek back down the crooked hill, forever so long and were finally able to turn around and get back to civilization. Phew, it was, shall I say, interesting, but very grateful when we could turn around and head home.
Lane Adkisson had a procedure done at the hospital this week and Bro. Art said he got a good report.
Then Kenneth Chapman also had a procedure done and was at church this morning, so hopefully he got a good report.
There seems to be so many on our prayer list. Hope all can soon feel better.
Today (Sunday) has been a beautiful day, sun shining so pretty and bright.
Have a good week, and see ya later.
