Volunteers of the Logan County Humane Society stood at the intersections in Russellville Friday, Oct. 11 to collect funds to help save a dog that was rescued and nearly starving to death. Thanks to their efforts and the kind hearts of those who donated during the road block, the society was able to collect over $1,200 to help this animal survive. Pictured is Belinda Humphrey, one of the society’s most dedicated volunteers.
