On Wednesday, Logan County High School Senior Seth Manley signed to continue his athletic career. Manley signed to swim with Asbury University.

Manley started swimming in Owensboro in the fourth grade. Manley stopped swimming his freshman year of high school to play basketball, but transfered his senior year to LCHS to pursue swimming. Manley swam a 1:18 in the 100 yard breaststroke this year.

“It is just really awesome. I never thought I would swim in college after playing basketball for three years. I’m excited and I want to continue to get better,” said Manley. “The coaches really knew what they were doing and helped me improve to get that good time. I grew close to my team this year, especially the seniors, we are like family.”
