The Russellville Police Department and the Logan County Sheriff’s Department assisted agents from the South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force serving a warrant on the residence at approximately 11:30 a.m.

When law enforcement arrived, a search of the residence was conducted and items were found which associated with the making of methamphetamine, along with the remnants of an old meth lab.

Law enforcement also found drug paraphernalia and suspected hydrocodone pills not in its original container.

James M. Ogles, of the residence, was arrested and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine; possession of methamphetamine; prescription controlled substance not in original container; possession of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of second degree wanton endangerment.
