The Russellville Police Department are looking for a man and women who allegedly stole a purse form a shopping cart at the Dollar General Family Market in Russellville.


According to officers, Crystal Brown left her crochet purse in a shopping cart on Saturday, April 19 when she left the grocery store and upon returning noticed it was already gone.


Surveillance video caught a Caucasian male and female pushing the shopping cart into the store and checking out, with the purse in the shopping cart. The unknown male and female left the store and took the purse with them.


The purse is black in color, made of crochet material, two zippers are on the exterior, with a long strap, containing a black billfold with an initial “C.” There is also her daughter’s Sponge Bob billfold and a monogrammed silver compact mirror with the initial “CLB” inside. Also in the purse were 19 Hot Rods tickets for the Houchens Industries Suite.
