Our sympathy to those who lost loved ones in this season. It is always sad and seems more so in the midst of celebrations.
Sunday, celebrating at the home of Lasley Johnson were the family Chris and Alicia Johnson, Meredith and Cade, Sheila and Jeff Barrow, Mitchell and Heather Johnson and Jenny, Courtney and Grandy Jackson and boys, Janet and Wesley Wright and Weston, Linda and Don Vitale and Will of Bowling Green and Phyliss Dukes. Bet there was a lot of paper to burn there too, but isn’t it fun!
Monday morning Stanley came and got me and down to their house we go, of course Elaine and Tara were there as was John and Jessica Sweeney and girls Kyla and Michaela of Charleston, South Carolina and Elaine’s mom Louise Carver of Rosewood and Chris Stratton of Lewisburg. We had fun opening up gifts. I got tickled at Kyla, she is always saying, “this is just what I wanted,” she is 6 and Michaela is 4, so this makes things a lot more fun. After all the excitement, we had delicious brunch, then we were all tuckered out.
