Sure hope you and your family had a very Merry Christmas. It didn’t snow, but it sure was cold.

Visiting with Myrtle Pogue on Monday was Melba Gibbs, Marcie Patterson and Willie Harper.

Tuesday night 16 people came from the Tabernacle Baptist Church as they were out singing Christmas carols. They brought home made candy. Myrtle said she had a living room full of people. She really did appreciate them.

Others visiting Myrtle was Sue Geisler, Kim Berry, Wilma Allison and Lorrie Hopper came by Saturday night with supper and a gift. She also got a Fruit Basket from Enberry church.

A special thanks to all who came to visit with me. Some brought gifts and some food. Seems like Myrtle got an early start on Christmas.

My sister Sue Fuller and husband James came to see me Saturday afternoon and brought me a Christmas gift. Sure was glad to see them. James is looking better. His report wasn’t as good as they wanted, but may still be OK.

Dolores Harris had her family Saturday night for Christmas Dinner.

My son Terry, Tamaka and Terrika came home Christmas Eve and ate supper with me. Terry has had the misfortune to fracture a bone in his arm. it sure was good to see them. He works seven days a week and don’t get to come home as often as Mama would like.

Then Christmas Day, my son Marion came after me and I spent the day with them. Others there were Betty, Michele, Kellie, Erika, Matt and Chase. Betty had a good Christmas Dinner and old Santa was very good to me.

Chris Epley did the special at church on Sunday. We sure did enjoy him singing for us. He did really good.

Bruce Thornberry and family from Texas was at Church Sunday as they came home for Christmas.

Dolores Harris and Vanessa Price visited with Sheila, Harry Epley and family on Christmas Day and ate with them.

Jewel Wayne Johnson visited with his sister, Dolores Harris on Thursday.

The Lewisburg Lions Club Christmas Dinner was held at the home of Sandy and Danny Christian. Those held at the home of Sandy and Danny Christian. Those attending were Kenny and Enid Whitson, Jeff and Tina Dye, J.C. and Barbara Key, James and Terri Justice, Tony Ashby and Kathy Bratcher. Had a delicious meal and good Fellowship.

Sheila and Jimmy Christian had their Christmas Dinner and opening gifts on Christmas Eve with their children and their family. This get together was held at the home of Trevor and Emily Christian.

Amy, Adam and A.J. Lake all spent Christmas week with their parents, Bro. Carmel and JGeania. They attended church at Antioch Sunday morning and Amy did the special for us.

Roger and Linda Mueth from Henderson spent Christmas Eve night with their daughter, Stephanie Christian and family.

Visiting with Dorothy Henderson on Saturday was Mac, Pat, Daniel, Mac’s two sisters, Halene, Evelyn Willis, Carolyn White, Justin, Courtney, Bentley, Ryan and Kim Berry. Dorothy said they had a good day being together.

Christine White enjoyed having her family for Christmas. Those present were Jerry, Irene, Jimmy, Judy White and all their family, Christ White and two children, Joey, Sherry and all their family, Jenny and her family, Clacey Lewis and his children, Juley, Tommy, Shelby, Ethan, Thomas and Sarah.

Hope I didn’t leave anybody out.

Juley, Shelby and Ethan have gone to Disney World.

Visiting with Myrtle Pogue on Chrustmas Eve was Marcie, Lorrie, Lois Earl, Tony, Barbara, and Amanda Shoemake.

Christmas Day supper was Phillip Hinton, Lois Earl and Faye Brown, Carrie, Roger, Lourie, Luke and Jacklyn Belcher. They all brought good food for the meal and had their gifts.
