Clara “Polly” Craig, age 87, of Allegre, Ky., passed away Friday, Feb. 2, 2018, at the home of her son in Russellville, Ky.

She was a Todd County native born Dec. 21, 1930, to the late Lawrence Utley and Ida Dale Rager Utley.

She was a homemaker, avid gardener, and was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church in Todd County.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. J.R. Craig.

She is survived by two sons, Tommy Craig and wife Patricia of Russellville, Ky. and Michael Craig and wife Jean of Bowling Green, Ky.; one daughter, Jeannie Grace and husband Eddie of Belton, Ky.; one brother, Kenneth Utley and wife Carolyn of Franklin, Ky.; two sisters, Shirlee Yassney of Russellville, Ky. and Barbara Justice of Bowling Green, Ky.; 14 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Clara “Polly” Craig, will be conducted Wednesday, Feb. 7 at 11 a.m. at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Bro. Roger Skipworth and Bro. Donald Craig officiating. Burial will follow in the Cedar Grove Cemetery in Todd County. Visitation will begin at the funeral home Tuesday, Feb. 6 from 5-8 p.m. and Wednesday, Feb. 7 from 8 a.m. until the funeral hour of 11 a.m.

Memorial donations may be made to the Cedar Grove Cemetery Fund. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
