Charles Edward “Charlie” Justice, age 87, of Russellville, Ky., passed away Saturday, Nov. 25, 2017, at Auburn Healthcare.

He was a Logan County native born May 15, 1930, to the late Charles Vanmeter Justice and Ila Moore Justice.

He retired as Watchman for Emerson Electric Company, worked detailing automobiles for several car dealerships in Russellville and was a milk distributor for several years. He was a member of Green Ridge Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Sarah Justice; one sister-in-law, Barbara Justice of Bowling Green, Ky.; two nephews, Terry Justice of Louisville, Ky. and Randall Justice of Nashville, Tenn.; two nieces, Susan Easterling of Bowling Green, Ky. and Michelle Morrison of Dot, Ky., and several great-nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Charles Edward “Charlie Justice” will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 29 at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Bro. Sam Romines officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Ridge Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Visitation will begin at the funeral home Tuesday, Nov. 28 from 4-7 p.m. and Wednesday, Nov. 29 from 8 a.m. until the service hour at 11 a.m.

Pallbearers are Terry Justice, Randall Justice, Joe Easterling, Bruce Morrison, Mike Justice, James Justice, Steve Justice and Clay Bilyeu.

Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the Green Ridge Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
